Suomessa ei tällä hetkellä ole U-space-ilmatiloja. 26.6.2023 | Ilmailulain U-spacea koskeva sääntely tuli voimaan helmikuussa 2023. Sen myötä Liikenne- ja viestintävirasto Traficom voi perustaa U-space-ilmatilan, jossa miehittämättömillä ilma-aluksilla eli droneilla lennettäisiin entistä turvallisemmin.
