  4. Cyber Security Strategy implementation plan published – cybersecurity integrated into comprehensive security - Ministry of Transport and Communications

    In line with the Programme of Prime Minister Orpo's Government, Finland's Cyber Security Strategy has been revised to respond to the changed security environment. The objectives of the revised strategy extend to 2035. A strategy implementation plan has been drawn to describe the development measures to achieve the objectives. The plan was approved on 3 December 2024 by the steering group of the project developing an operating model for government security management.

    31.10.2024 | Aalto-universitetet och kommunikationsministeriet har genomfört det omfattande projektet Cyber Citizen, där man för EU:s medlemsländer skapat en gemensam inlärningsmodell för medborgarfärdigheter inom cybersäkerhet, en cybersäkerhetsportal och ett mobilspel. Målet med projektet är att utveckla vardagskompetensen i fråga om cybersäkerhetsfärdigheter inom Europeiska unionen. Finland har fått fem miljoner euro som treåriga projektpengar ur EU:s återhämtningsinstrument.

Hankkeen tavoitteena on kehittää arkipäivän kyberturvataitojen osaamista Euroopan unionin alueella. Suomen saama hankeraha EU:n elpymisvälineestä on kolmivuotinen ja arvoltaan viisi miljoonaa euroa.
