Finnish and Russian delegations are negotiating to reduce mobile phone roaming charges on the 15th and 16th March in Helsinki. The negotiations will start under the direction of the Minister of Communications, Suvi Lindén and the Russian Minister for Communications and Mass Media, Igor Shtshegolev and will then continue at a meeting of the business delegations.
Finland's delegation is composed of representatives of the mobile telecommunications operators and equipment manufacturers. Russia's delegation includes three corporate managers of a major telecommunications company.
