  7. On 9 April, the Ministry of Transport and Communications launched a legislative project to prepare amendments to the act on facilitating the introduction of very high capacity networks.   16. 20.11.2024 | The Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) was published in the Official Journal of the European Union on 20 November 2024. The CRA sets minimum cyber security requirements for products and software that can be connected to the internet or to other devices. A project preparing national legislation to complement the Act is underway at the Ministry of Transport and Communications.

  20. 15.9.2022 | On 15 September 2022, the European Commission published a proposal for a regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council on horizontal cybersecurity requirements for digital products and ancillary services, i.e. Cyber Resilience Act, CRA. The purpose of the proposal is to protect consumers, in particular, against cybersecurity risks that the increasing number of connected devices can generate.
