  1. The Ministry of Transport and Communications is inviting comments on a draft government proposal for amending the legislation on devices known as jammers intended for interfering with radio communications. The amendments would be made to the Act on Electronic Communications Services. Comments may be submitted until 29 October 2025.

  5. 27.3.2024 | A Government Decree on the Conformity of Radio Equipment completes the national implementation of the amendments to the Radio Equipment Directive. By harmonising charging requirements, the amendments will make it easier to charge electronic devices, such as mobile phones and tablets.
