The amendments concern two acts but in practice affect the validity of certain provisions of the Act on Electronic Communications Services. 23.4.2026 | On 23 April 2026, the Government submitted amendments to the Act on Electronic Communication Services for approval. The amendments apply to equipment that interfere with radio communications, so-called jammers.
