The Ministry of Transport and Communications has launched the TUUTTI project for security and growth through communications networks. The efficiency of communications networks affects people’s daily lives, the operating environment of businesses and the ability of authorities to carry out their duties also during disruptions.

The Government gave the proposal to the Parliament on Thursday, 11 June 2020.
