The 80th session of the MEPC is expected to adopt a revised IMO greenhouse gas strategy. The working group preparing the climate and environment strategy for the ICT sector has brought together six themes to reduce the carbon and environmental footprint of the sector and to make full use of the benefits of digitalisation. Comments on the group's final report are invited nationally by 15 January 2021.
