5.2.2019 | Minister of Transport and Communications Anne Berner met Francis Gurry, Director General of the UN World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), on 5 February 2019 in Helsinki. At the meeting they discussed intellectual property rights in data economy, for example.  Gurry is visiting Finland on the invitation of the Finnish Patent and Registration Office.

1.10.2020 | In its final report, the working group for a digital leap forward proposes that Finland's digitalisation development should focus more on the structures and services of digital society that intersect society at large and accelerate the use of data.
