  2. The Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) was published in the Official Journal of the European Union on 20 November 2024. The CRA sets minimum cyber security requirements for products and software that can be connected to the internet or to other devices. A project preparing national legislation to complement the Act is underway at the Ministry of Transport and Communications.

  10. 27.3.2024 | A Government Decree on the Conformity of Radio Equipment completes the national implementation of the amendments to the Radio Equipment Directive. By harmonising charging requirements, the amendments will make it easier to charge electronic devices, such as mobile phones and tablets.

  11. 13.6.2024 | The President of the Republic approved amendments to the Act on Electronic Communications Services on 13 June 2024. The amendments concern two acts but in practice affect the validity of certain provisions of the Act on Electronic Communications Services.
