20.11.2024 | The Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) was published in the Official Journal of the European Union on 20 November 2024. The CRA sets minimum cyber security requirements for products and software that can be connected to the internet or to other devices. On 23 April 2026, the Government submitted amendments to the Act on Electronic Communication Services for approval. The amendments apply to equipment that interfere with radio communications, so-called jammers. On 9 April, the Ministry of Transport and Communications launched a legislative project to prepare amendments to the act on facilitating the introduction of very high capacity networks.
