The Ministry of Transport and Communications has launched a legislative project to improve the operating conditions for the transport sector. The aim of the project is to further specify the EU regulation concerning road cabotage and make the regulations easier to comply with and supervise. 27.11.2025 | On 27 November 2025, the Government proposed approval of a fixed-term act on scrapping premiums for passenger cars. The act will enter into force on 1 January 2026.
