Markus Liesegang appointed to serve as Special Adviser to Minister Ranne

Minister of Transport and Communications Lulu Ranne has invited Markus Liesegang (LL.M., trained on the bench) to serve as her Special Adviser.

Liesegang has previously worked as Special Adviser to Minister of Justice Leena Meri, as District Court Judge at the Helsinki District Court and as a legal counsel at a law firm in Helsinki. 

He took up his post on 27 January 2026.
