29.6.2021 | Amendsments to maritime environmental legislation will tighten the rules governing waste treatment in ports. The Government issued a Decree on 29 June amending the Government Decree on Environmental Protection in Maritime Transport. The Ministry of Transport and Communications wants to take Finland to the forefront of safe transport of dangerous goods by ensuring that provisions are observed, companies act in a responsible manner and the routes and means of transport are in good condition.
