  3. 17.11.2011 | The responsibility for ownership matters related to Arctia Shipping Ltd and Meritaito Ltd will be transferred from the Ministry of Transport and Communications to the Prime Minister's Office. The Government endorsed an amendment to the Decree on the Ministry of Transport and Communications on 17 November 2011. The amendment comes into force on 21 November 2011 which is also when the transfer takes effect.
