16.12.2021 | The Finnish Government and other operators are applying for a total of EUR 185 million in financial support for 22 transport projects from the EU's Connecting Europe Facility (CEF). Half of these are the Government's projects, and half are projects of other operators. The Ministerial Finance Committee approved the applications on 16 December 2021.

9.6.2020 | The Ministry of Transport and Communications has granted an extension to the working group examining how to turn the steps taken during the coronavirus crisis into a permanent digital leap forward. The extension was granted until 30 September 2020. During the extension period, the task of the group is to complete the report and draw up an action plan for digitalisation projects to be implemented after the epidemic.

The draft resolution outlines the Government's measures concerning the digitalisation of logistics, which will implement the objectives of the Logistics Digitalisation Strategy published in October 2020.
