  6. Unauthorised possession of jammers to become a criminal offence - Ministry of Transport and Communications

    23.4.2026 | On 23 April 2026, the Government submitted amendments to the Act on Electronic Communication Services for approval. The amendments apply to equipment that interfere with radio communications, so-called jammers. The act is scheduled to enter into force on 1 July 2026.
