  7. 30.11.2023 | On 30 November 2023, the Finnish Government submitted a proposal to Parliament for the amendment of the Rail Transport Act and the Act on Transport Services. The proposed amendment to the Rail Transport Act is the third round of revisions since its entry into force on 1 January 2019. The proposed amendments to the Act on Transport Services concern the regulation of licensing.
