7.2.2020 | Recipients of funding from the investment programme for walking and cycling have been selected. The Finnish Transport and Communications Agency Traficom allocated 3.5 million euros in grants to a total of 12 projects. 31.8.2020 | On 31 August 2020, the Ministry of Transport and Communications released a summary of comments on the interim report of the working group examining how to turn the steps taken during the coronavirus crisis into a permanent digital leap forward. According to the comments, digitalisation would increase the transparency, equality and flexibility in society. In order to achieve this, cooperation is needed among the operators involved.
