    9.1.2015 | Tågtrafikens radiosystem ska bytas ut. Man vill byta till VIRVE, radionätet för myndigheter, från det nuvarande GSM-R-nätet. Finanspolitiska ministerutskottet behandlade ärendet den 9 januari. Som tågtrafikens radionät används i Finland för närvarande RAILI-nätet, ett GSM-R-nät som är förenligt med EU-lagstiftningen. Störningar från kommersiella nätverk påverkar dock användningen av GSM-R-telefoner och likaså påverkar användningen av GSM-R-nätet hörbarheten inom kommersiella mobilnät.
